En Moyenne Belgique, la température moyenne annuelle est de 10°C et la température moyenne d'avril à octobre est de 14°C. Il faudrait donc privilégier les variétés astringentes sous notre climat.
Pas de chance pour moi, Fuyu et Cioccolatino sont deux variétés non astringentes. Il ne me reste plus qu'à trouver des greffons de variétés astringentes (Costata, Hiratanenashi,...) pour surgreffer mes plants l'année prochaine.
